cheltenham home 12 years ago. >> he urged her to take pills that he provided to her and drink wine. >> prosecutors say she was too impaired to consent to the sexual activity. the first criminal case against the comedian who faces dozens of similar allegations. the judge ordered cosby to surrender his passport and refrain from contacting the victim as conditions the million dollar bail. now the civil case between cosby and constanwas settled years ago. the critical question the judge has to determine is whether to allow in prior alleged bad acts or would it be seen as
